Topic 1 : New Media

Topic 2 : How do we get “to be good at work”?

   What does it mean to be “good at work”?  The definition and perception of this concept can vary from person to person.

   In many companies, new employees join in April, and there may be situations where you work with new colleagues or in a new workplace due to transfer.  I guess that many people likely want to be seen as “good at work” by those around them.  Even among those who prioritize “work” lower in their lives, they probably do not want to be recognized as “incompetent” at work by others.

   Therefore, let’s delve into this somewhat ambiguous topic of “being good at work” by sharing your opinions and experiences.  Moreover, as long as we work in an organization, it’s important not only for ourselves but also for those around us to create an environment where everyone can be “good at work.”

   Anyhow, let’s have an active discussion on the following questions:

Q1. What are the characteristics of people around you who you feel are “good at work”? Please share specific episodes. (10 minutes)

Q2. Have you ever felt that you were “good at work”? Please share specific episodes. (10 minutes)

Q3. What are the important initiatives/measures for a company or organization to develop “good at work” personnel? (15 minutes)

First, clarify the definition of “good at work” within your group. Then, create answers to this question.

Please share your opinion on the “definition” and “one initiative.” The presentation should be up to 1.5 minutes.
